W Fundacji IB Polska, Miesiąc Krakowianek to cykl wspólnych działań, który kładzie nacisk na siłę i znaczenie kobiet. W marcu zaprosimy Was na różnorodne zajęcia, warsztaty, spacery i spotkania.

Co będzie się działo? Pośród kilkunastu wydarzeń będą m.in zajęcia z samoobrony, które nie tylko uczą praktycznych umiejętności obronnych, ale także wzmacniają pewność siebie i poczucie własnej wartości uczestniczek. Zaprosimy na cykl warsztatów „Kobiety objaśniają mi świat”, które dają głos kobietom, umożliwiając wspólną rozmowę, wsparcie i uczenie się. Poznamy środowisko kobiet z innych krajów i będziemy wspólnie celebrować kobiecą siłę, wartości i rozwój osobisty.

Kobiety objaśniają świat – to cykl spotkań, w których oddajemy głos kobietom. Podczas spotkań będziemy rozmawiać, słuchać, wspierać się, uczyć i być razem. Każde spotkanie, to inny temat, każde spotkanie to osobna historia i część naszej kobiecej codzienności.

Once again, we are participating in a unique campaign – Miesiąc Krakowianek (Kraków Women’s Month)! At the IB Polska Foundation, Kraków Women’s Month is a series of activities that emphasizes the strength and importance of women. In March, we will invite you to various classes, workshops, walks and meetings.   What will happen?  Events will include self-defense classes, which not only teach practical defense skills, but also strengthen participants’ self-confidence and self-esteem. We will invite you to a series of workshops „Women explain the world to me”, which give women a voice, enabling conversation, support and learning. We will get to know the community of women from other countries and together we will celebrate women’s strength, values ​​and personal development. All events are free.
