New Demographic Report by OWiM: “Economic and Forced Migrants in Kraków in 2023”

We encourage you to explore the latest Demographic Report by OWiM – the Observatory of Multiculturalism and Migration – and Caspar, titled “Economic and Forced Migrants in Kraków in 2023.”
The authors of the publication are Konrad Pędziwiatr, Marcin Stonawski, Jan Brzozowski, and Sylwia Szkołut.

• an analysis of changes in the structure of the immigrant population in Kraków in 2023 compared to previous years,
• demographic and socio-economic characteristics of foreigners living in Kraków,
• information on their legal status,
• data on immigrants’ participation in the education system and in the city’s and region’s economy.

The report will also be presented during the Open Day at the Multicultural Centre.
