Mochi Workshop – Summary

Mochi Workshop – Summary

During the latest Asian cooking workshop, organized by our friends from Light and Love Home, we explored the secrets of Korean cuisine. We began the session with the Korean greeting “안녕하세요” (Annyeonghaseyo) and then prepared the famous mochi balls with sweet pumpkin.

It was the combination of teamwork, engaging conversations, and shared cooking that made the evening’s recipe a great success. The workshop also introduced participants to basic aspects of Korean food culture – traditions, table manners, and popular dishes – and taught simple phrases such as 감사합니다 (kamsahamnida), meaning “thank you.”

It was an evening full of experiences and inspiration. Thank you for sharing it with us and learning together. We look forward to the next events!
