I found myself saying goodbye to Poland in a more emotional state than I had anticipated. My initial shyness and awkwardness had given way to a calmer, more settled self in Krakow. I’ve begun to feel at home here, and leaving home is always a little difficult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking back, Krakow will be one of the most beautiful and important places in my life. Here, I had the opportunity to get to know myself much better. And even though this journey is over, what I’ve gained here will continue to influence the rest of my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although I had worked with children before, I had never had the opportunity to be so involved in their daily lives. And working with them was truly unforgettable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can say that I learned pure happiness and love from them, and I am grateful for that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My first experience abroad was in Poland, but I’ve also had the opportunity to travel to many other countries. On each trip, I realized I was actually on a journey to myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, as I say goodbye, I’m not the same person I was when I first arrived, and this change makes me happy, makes me feel like I’ve grown, and excites me for future journeys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I would like to thank my coordinators, my friends, and everyone who has touched my life in some way on this journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
