As my volunteering journey in Poland comes to an end, I find myself filled with a mix of emotions\u2014gratitude, nostalgia, and a deep sense of personal growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When I first arrived, everything felt unfamiliar. I didn\u2019t know what to expect, who I would meet, or how I would adapt to a new culture, a new language, and a shared house far from home. But little by little, this place became a part of me.<\/p>\n\n\n
\n<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n
Krak\u00f3w has found a very special place in my heart. The connections I built here\u2014both with people and with the city itself\u2014have left a deep impact on me. This experience was never just about volunteering; it became a chapter of self-discovery, kindness, and meaningful relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n

Working with children in the kindergarten brought me pure joy. Their smiles, curious questions, and spontaneous hugs filled my days with light and laughter. Even on the most ordinary days, they reminded me of the beauty of small moments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Throughout this year, I also had the chance to explore 8 different countries. Every journey added something new to me, and somewhere along the way, I started to find myself\u2014what I value, what inspires me, and what kind of life I want to live.<\/p>\n\n\n

I learned a lot about patience, adaptation, and the richness of living in a multicultural environment. Sharing a house with people from different backgrounds wasn’t always easy, but it helped me grow in ways I never imagined. I came here as a volunteer, but I\u2019m leaving with lifelong memories, friendships, and a heart full of gratitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
To my coordinator, mentors, teachers, fellow volunteers, and of course the children\u2014thank you. You all made this journey unforgettable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is not a goodbye, but a “see you later.” Poland\u2014and especially Krak\u00f3w\u2014will always have a special place in my heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
