hello! it\u2019s Fanni, a volunteer for Fundacja IB Polska. My project is ending soon, after a little more than half a year. I guess I should talk about my experience, what I learnt during my stay here, so here it is\u2026<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

A huge jump:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s hard to start this article; so many things happened, so many people I met, so many feelings I feel about this. This was the first time when I lived in another country; my first time when I was away for a long time from my family & friends; my first time when I had to really take care after myself; my first time working and not in part-time<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, it was a huge change<\/strong> for me, but indeed, this is why I came here, to experience something new. In the end I think I can say I succeeded, for the reason of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gaining useful skills in my volunteering: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I could work in a really supportive environment. I could develop my skills in coordinating, organizing, teaching, public speaking and in taking responsibility.<\/strong> One of my favourite activities were the english conversations club; the little group became friendlier and we could discuss some interesting topics. Furthermore, I had the chance to work on some amazing projects<\/strong>, ones that I really enjoyed, and attend fabulous events made by my organization<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
