In France, I am a student of the MA program of political communication. This year, I decided to do a gap year to take time for thinking about my professional and personal future. Moreover, this year is the opportunity for me for making many discoveries in order to evolve and grow. I arrived in Krakow one month ago and I am working in a special school with disabled teenagers. I had never worked in this kind of public school before and I had never been abroad alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ib-polska.pl\/youth\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-05-28-at-11.57.52.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ib-polska.pl\/youth\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-05-28-at-11.57.52.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2351\" width=\"550\" height=\"976\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite all the worries I had, I am now very happy. I&#8217;m surrounded by great people and discovering a lot of new ways of thinking.  I enjoy my work every day.  Additionally, I would say that participating in this project is one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Julie joined us as a volunteer in May 2021.
