Boreks!

Hello everyone! This thursday we made a cooking workshop with my classes in Zablocie. We cooked sigara boregi and brewed Turkish coffee. We had a chance to spend time out of the library and could chat in daily life. I was also really interesting for the students to try some taste of Turkish cuisine after learning about it for months. We figured out that Polish ser and Turkish peynir really have differences on salinity 馃檪

Here is the receipe if you want to feel some Turkish vibes in your kitchen!

Ingredients:

  1. Yufka
  2. Cheese
  3. Parsley
  4. Salt
  5. Sunflower Oil

Mash the cheese and mix it with the cut parsley. Add some salt

Put the cheese mixture in the wide side of yufka and wrap it. Drip the angle to the water and stick it.
