A few years ago, I was a girl who had small and big dreams in her life. From time to time I began to realize what was important in my life and what I wanted most, so I made some of them a reality. One thing I wanted most was to live abroad and here I am.

A day, which changed my life:

After graduating from university, I realized that it was the best time to do it, I searched and applied for this project and it was a day that really changed my life.

Making friends from around the world:

For the first time in my life, I started living far away from my country and my family with people from different countries, with different cultures, traditions, different views. For the first time in my life I started working in a kindergarten and being with children. I saw many interesting things, many museums, old buildings, different cities and places, tried new food, heard many different and interesting stories from people’s lives, and the best part of being in Poland was making good friends from different countries around the world.

Things I learnt:

In these months, I learned how to be independent, how to have good relations with people from different countries, how to teach and interact with children, how to survive and not freeze in the cold winter, and how not to waste time, energy, money, food and water.

I’m so happy and I will never regret that I made this decision and I came to Poland. I’m so grateful for my coordinators, for my new friends who taught me a lot, who helped me every time it was necessary for me and for every opportunity that I had here.
