Monday: Planning and Rule Refinement
The week started with a lively Monday discussion where we talked about how the entire week would unfold. Each team member shared their insights to make a calendar, which outlines our activities. We revisited our group rules, so new members understand the rules too.
Tuesday: TikTok Campaign Planning and Workshops with Lorena and Maria
Tuesday was dedicated to brainstorming TikTok ideas for the promotion of International Bund Polska. We decided on creating two different TikTok videos. Additionally, we settled on the movie we would watch on Friday. Following this, we engaged Lorena’s and Maria’s creative workshops. Lorena’s session involved cutting colourful paper to create Mexican flags. Maria’s workshop focused on shaping clay to design various products, and I personally crafted an ashtray.
Wednesday: Iria’s Debate Workshop and Hilarious Game Night
On Wednesday, we participated in Iria’s workshop on British Parliament type of debate. Dividing into two houses, each assigned a perspective to defend their points. The two houses really got the spirit to defend themselves, and in the end this arguement lasted for about 2 hours. Following the debate, we passed on to a game I organized, where participants wore headphones, attempting to guess words by reading the lips of their counterparts, leading to hilariously funny moments.
Thursday: “Find the Murderer” Game, Museum Visit, and Art Exploration
Thursday we played in Firdevs’ workshop, the “Find the Murderer” game. After, roles were assigned, the location is a Film Studio, where the director gets murdered. We collaborated to collect clues and successfully identified the killer. Post-game, we followed Fanni’s suggestion and explored the Mocak Museum, examining various art installations and exhibitions of contemporary art.
Friday: Canva Workshop and Movie Night
Friday featured a workshop by Nouran, a graphic designer, who shared effective tips and insights on using Canva. Applying our newfound knowledge, we designed a new logo for our WhatsApp group. The day played on with the emotional film “La Sociedad La Nieve,” a challenging yet widely appreciated choice for our movie night. This marked the culmination of our two-week adventure filled with diverse activities and experiences.
In summary, our week was a vibrant of strategic planning, creative workshops, engaging debates, entertaining games, and cultural outings. The blend of professional development and team bonding activities created a dynamic and positive work environment, leaving us eagerly anticipating future adventures.
