In Internationaler Bund Polska’s office, the ESC volunteers recently gathered for a meeting that ignited their passion and creativity. The room buzzed with ideas, forming the foundation for a remarkable project.
Indeed, the volunteers were tasked with organizing activities for the family picnic set to take place at the end of May, courtesy of the city council.

The two-hour meeting was dedicated to brainstorming and preparing ideas that would infuse the event with joy, laughter, and unforgettable moments. The volunteers eagerly shared their suggestions, ranging from engaging games to creative painting activities, sports challenges, face painting, and art crafts that would captivate participants of all ages.

The atmosphere of the meeting was vibrant and joyous. Creativity was in the air as volunteers collaborated and found themselves taking responsibility for various activities. Each volunteer embraced their role, knowing that their unique contributions would contribute to the success of the project.

Excitement reached its peak when the volunteers welcomed a new member, Rafael from Spain, to their group. The team wholeheartedly welcomed him. With Rafael’s arrival, the project gained fresh perspectives, further enriching the collective creativity and cultural diversity of the team.
