What does their work look like and what do they learn during their several-month stay in Poland?  <\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nada \u2013 a volunteer from Egypt writes about her work at the Special School Complex No. 11 in Krakow <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">During my ESC (European Solidarity Corps) volunteer experience at Complex School for kids with disabilities in Krakow, I have the opportunity to work with children who have diverse physical and intellectual disabilities. My role involved supporting teachers and staff in creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. I helped assist students with their daily activities, such as communication, eating, and engaging in educational tasks. One of the most rewarding parts of the experience is seeing how much progress each child made, whether it was in social skills, independence, or academic development.   <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335551550\":0,\"335551620\":0,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Also organizing creative activities like arts and crafts, baking cookies and group games that promoted both fun and learning. The school staff is incredibly supportive and helps me to learn more and develop my Polish language as use encourages me to speak in Polish. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you curious about what our volunteers do every day?
