Multicultural Centre: internal workshops on communication strategies

Our team at the Multicultural Centre in Kraków is constantly evolving to work even better for you and with you!

On Wednesday, July 2nd, we held the second session of a workshop specially prepared for our team by Natalia from Rozmowa Inaczej. This time, we focused on our communication strategy. We explored how to speak more consciously, consistently, and in a way that ensures our message truly reaches its intended audience. It’s not just about the content we share on our channels, but also about how we function internally as a team.

Some of you may already recognise Natalia from the workshops “Between Two Worlds: Navigating Life as a Foreigner in Kraków”, which also received a lot of interest. Back then, we talked about life in a new country—the challenges it brings, but also the opportunities and ways to build your place here. That experience showed us how important and valuable a space for mindful conversation can be. That’s why we decided to continue this collaboration.
