Meeting with the residents of the ICORN network (International Cities of Refuge Network)

Last week, we had the opportunity to host an event of a deeply moving nature with the residents of the ICORN network (International Cities of Refuge Network), organized together with our partners from the Villa Decius Institute for Culture.

From the very beginning, the room was filled with strong emotions. Our guests – Dr. Rabigül Erkmen, Zulema Gutiérrez, and Javier L. Mora – shared their stories with us: stories of oppression, struggle, extraordinary perseverance, and love. We are deeply grateful to have listened to them.

It was a truly enriching experience – one that made us reflect on the condition of today’s world, as evidenced by the emotional discussion at the end of the meeting.
