Invitation to the workshop “How to start, not from scratch, but from where we are?”

There are times when we feel a surge of energy and motivation, so we start something new and stick to our plan with enthusiasm. For a while, everything goes great — we’re consistent, full of strength, even happy, until suddenly… bam. Illness, lack of time, and a drop in energy. The motivation disappears, and we start wondering: is it even worth starting again?

At the November “Rozmowa Inaczej” meeting, which will take place on November 20 at our Multicultural Centre in Krakow, we’ll talk about what stops us and what helps us get back on track. About how to find meaning in pauses, and how to begin again — not from scratch, but from where we are right now.

This won’t be a lecture or a workshop, but a space for conversation, listening, and sharing experiences. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, views, or background.
