Hello!

I’m Aytakin. I’m 25. I’m from Karabakh, Azerbaijan, but I have always lived in the capital city – Baku!

I enjoy working with people who share my values and my life goals. I really appreciate working with people who want to make a difference through their work.

As I acquired self-awareness, I realized that I’m sensitive towards vulnerable groups and minorities who have been excluded and neglected by society because of their origin, nationality or social status. IB Polska is an organisation which wants to raise awareness and develop social projects to help these categories of people.

For the kinds of social projects that I want to implement in my country when I go back, being part of such a project will give me the international experience I need.

I believe that to be skillful in a job and to be a team leader, you must first of all be a team member. So, I want to learn and share at the same time, I will have a new life experience and acquire new skills, from communication in an international team organisational skills.

I feel very excited for joining IB Polska and being part of this environment. I hope that I can implement my ideas here!
